Order preparation and dispatch

Your orders are picked, checked, packed and prepared for dispatch from the warehouse. Wholesaler, hospital or dealer order, it makes no difference: every dispatch leaves with its batch and expiry record.

    Order lines are picked by batch and expiry date and verified by a second check.

    Packing

    Packaging and protection suited to the product group. Cold chain items go in a suitable transport container.

    Dispatch preparation

    Shipping documents are prepared; the carrier is called according to your preference.

    Cut-off time

    We agree the order cut-off time and delivery priorities with you. For anything unusual, a message is enough.

    A second check, then packaging suited to the product.

    Documents are prepared and the goods handed to the carrier.

    The dispatch record and shipment details come back to you.

  4. Movement summary Daily or weekly, as you prefer.

Questions we are asked most

Do you also prepare e-commerce orders?

Piece-level preparation can be considered. Tell us your volume and parcel profile and we will set up the process together.

What is the cut-off time?

We agree it with you and it is written into the quote. Same-day dispatch cases are best discussed in advance.

Can I use my own carrier?

Yes. The carrier is called according to your preference; if you want shipping support, we discuss that too.

How are orders sent to you?

By email, as a file, or through another channel we agree on. If an integration is needed, it is handled during the suitability stage.

How are returns handled?

Returned goods are received in a separate area, checked, and the record comes back to you.

Do you dispatch cold chain products?

They are prepared with a suitable transport container and a record. The transport condition and the carrier are agreed together.
