Questions we are asked most
Is the storage temperature controlled?
Yes. Temperature and humidity are measured and recorded continuously. Tell us the range your product needs and we will confirm during the suitability check whether we can meet it.
What kinds of products do you store?
Medicines, medical devices and consumables, cosmetics and food supplements, and other goods that need controlled conditions. If yours sits outside these groups, write to us and we will tell you whether it is workable.
How long can I store for?
Short and long term are both possible. Put the expected duration in your enquiry so the quote reflects it.
Do you track goods by batch?
Every receipt and dispatch is recorded at batch level. Where a batch sits and when it left can be checked at any time.
Can I arrange my own transport?
Yes. Use our shipping support if it helps, or keep working with your own carrier.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes. After the suitability check, walking the site together is the best next step. Ask for a date in the form or by phone.
Other ways to work with us
Order fulfilment
Orders are picked, checked, packed and prepared for dispatch from the warehouse. Cut-off time and carrier are your choice.

Labelling, re-packing, kitting and returns handling are done inside the warehouse, on record.
