Tell us the label condition of your product and we will confirm during the suitability check whether we can meet it. The temperature at receipt is recorded too.
Which records can I get for an audit?
Temperature and humidity records, batch-level receipt and dispatch records, stock reports and deviation records. We agree the interval and the format with you.
How does reporting work for serialised products?
The reporting process is discussed at the request stage; the scope depends on the product and the authorisations involved.
Are veterinary products stored separately?
Product groups are placed according to their label conditions and their records are kept apart. State any segregation you need in your enquiry.
